Pricing is for the first semester of an eight semester program. The total cost of the Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice tuition will be $13,000 - $13,600* depending on which payment plan you choose for your first semester tuition.2 The cost per semester is based on a price of up to $112 per credit. The total credits and the cost per credit are subject to change per semester. Program cost does not reflect any prior-earned eligible credits you may transfer in or credits awarded through a Prior Learning Assessment.

 

*The difference between the payment options is the dollar amount the credit will cost you for selecting a monthly payment plan versus paying in full.

Transfer Credits

To have previous coursework considered for transfer credits, contact the college you attended and request for your official transcript(s) to be sent to Penn Foster College for evaluation. 

  • Minimum grade of "C" required for transfer credit.
  • Approved transfer credits will be deducted from your tuition.

Refund Policy

At Penn Foster, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if the Criminal Justice Bachelor's Degree isn't the right fit for you or you are not satisfied with your experience, we do offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

 

  • Lessons completed
  • Tuition collected
  • Enrollment date

Tuition FAQ

Is the tuition listed on the page for the entire Criminal Justice Bachelor's Degree? 

No, the above tuition is for semester one only. The Criminal Justice B.S. Degree is an eight semester program with each semester having its own pricing. The B.S. in Criminal Justice consists of 121 credits (Semester One: 14 credits; Semester Two: 15 credits; Semester Three: 16 credits; Semester Four: 15 credits; Semester Five: 15 credits; Semester Six: 15 credits; Semester Seven: 15 credits; Semester Eight: 16 credits). Penn Foster College reserves the right to adjust tuition and fees in subsequent semesters. In addition, a non-refundable shipping and handling fee of $65 for each semester will be charged.

Do I have to pay off my full semester one tuition before moving on to my next semester? 

No! If you've chosen a monthly payment plan for your online health care management classes and are still making payments when you complete semester one, your tuition balance will be rolled into the tuition total for your next semester. This can increase the cost of your monthly payments.
