Cancelling Penn Foster High School

You may cancel your Penn Foster High School enrollment by telephone, email or first class mail to the address listed in the Penn Foster High School Catalog. If you cancel within the first 5 calendar days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. For withdrawal after 5 calendar days, see the Refund Policy.

Cancelling Penn Foster Career School

You may cancel your Penn Foster Career School program enrollment by telephone, email or first class mail to the address listed in the Penn Foster High School Catalog. If you cancel within the first 5 calendar days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. For withdrawal after 5 calendar days, see the Refund Policy.

Cancelling Penn Foster College

You may cancel your Penn Foster College program enrollment by email or first class mail to the address listed in the Penn Foster Undergraduate Catalog for degree and undergraduate certificate programs or the Penn Foster Career Diploma and Certificate for career diploma and career certificate programs.
