Steve Strapple served 20 years in the military, primarily in civil engineering and teaching electrical trades. After retiring from the Air Force, he taught electrical trades at a local college in San Antonio, Texas, and later became the director of operations at an art school for 18 years. Post-retirement, he joined an online education company, utilizing his extensive background in trades to support and lead various educational programs. He holds Associates of Applied Sciences degrees (A.A.S.) in Mechanical and Electrical Technology, Instructor of Technology/Military Science, and Educational and Training Methodology as well as a Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
