Heather Leer, CVT

Heather is a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT) with over 10 years of experience in general practice. She earned her Associates in Applied Science from Cedar Valley Community College (now Dallas College) and joined Penn Foster in 2019. Heather advanced from a grader to an evaluator, and now serves as an externship evaluator and administrative assistant, where she excels in guiding students through their hands-on training experiences. A Fear Free Certified professional, Heather’s pets include Kimber (Saint Bernard) and Huxley and Hazel (Corgis) as well as cats Moon, O’Malley, and Delilah.
